All pies & quiches must be refrigerated within 2 hours of purchasing and can be consumed within 3 days of receiving them.
If you will not be serving your pie or quiche right away, we recommend freezing it. Our recommendation is that you cover your item in glad wrap to seal in its freshness. Our pies & quiches last up to 3 months in the freezer.
Re Heating Instructions
When ready to consume, remove your item and place in the refrigerator overnight to thaw out. Once ready to be re heated place in oven on 160 degrees for approximately 40 - 50 minutes or until golden.
Dora's Tip: "We like to cover our pie or quiche with baking paper when re heating. This allows the pastry to remain crispy and keeps the inside moist".
